Biography

Rocky Wood is a Alt-Folk influenced Swiss-American pop band that formed in 2012.

Though each member of the band—Fabio Besomi, Romina Kalsi, and Roberto Pianca—can be relegated to loosely defined roles (guitarist, vocalist, and guitarist, respectively), all members play several instruments and sing: Live, the band uses harmonic textures in prominence, alongside psychedelic and electronic elements, guitars and a glockenspiel

A soft approach to songwriting and a contralto voice, where you hear whispers, murmurs, deliberately annoying notes, sweet feminine falsettos, which leave time for warm and deep sounds, ready to bloom in melodic drawings of disarming inspiration.
