SONG
Almost a year ago singer-songwriter Patrick Lerjen aka Silver Birch released his first song «Yourself» and it's been by far the one song, that everbody was most touched by. Now this troubled winter Lerjen decided to keep busy releasing a little series of live-acoustic-versions, along with a simple video of the performance. Yourself (Solo Version) is second song in this series. If possible, the song's gotten even more urgently in this no-frills setting of just one warm voice and an acoustic guitar.
VIDEO
The Video was shot with a static cam on a tripod by Patrick Lerjen in his music-room at Progr Bern. Audio was recorded at the same time via two coles 4038 microphones. The idea was to create a setting where one can be alone in his room, sing a song and record and film it at the samme time.
Movements to the video where added later in editing.
This video was the 2nd in a series of 3 songs.
