Doesn’t it all seem so familiar? … that the sphere that you hold onto with your dreams and your real life reside in 2 different worlds.
Even if Sean Connery flew into orbit on your mission, you know that only he alone is capable of accomplishing that ever so gigantic leap from right here into that wishful realm – leaving you behind in your dilemma between dream and reality.
TAY/SON – the landing crossover combination of Boston/Basel/Barcelona enter the ring once again to stand the stance of the aggressor, in the square of music breaching artistic acrobatics. Transforming Nancy Sinatra’s classic James Bond song from 1967 into a modern Crossover Rock tune with a semi mood of hypnotism, reachful singing, and interstellar Fuzz guitar shining the spectrum to blast it into outerspace. It is a dialog, the spinning globe hasn’t heard of yet.
For the official videoclip, the TAY/SON’s been asking their best friends and families to perform their individual version of that certain gap between fact vs fiction, translating unique personal expressions into a cultural universals hinting at one of the biggest dilemmas of mankind.

Du kennt das Dilemma nur zu gut! Dein Leben und jenes Deiner Träume sind auf verschiedenen Planeten zuhause. Selbst wenn Sean Connery im Auftrag seiner Majestät für Dich in den Orbit schwebt, so weisst Du doch: nur ihm alleine gelingt der Sprung dahin.
TAY/SON – die Crossoverkracher aus Boston/Basel/Barcelona steigen einmal mehr in den Ring und setzen zum musikalischen Spagat an, Nancy Sinatras klassischen Bond-Song aus dem Jahre 1967 in ein modernes Crossover-Kleid zu stecken und mit hypnotischen Vibes, ergreifender Stimme und interstellaren FUZZ-Gitarren zu SPECTRE ins All zu katapultieren. Eine Coverversion wie sie die Welt noch nicht gehört hat.
Für den offiziellen Videoclip holten die TAY/SON-Jungs ihre Freunde und Familie vor die Kamera und baten um eine persönliche und individuelle Interpretation des Songs. Die Vielfalt der Ausdrucksweisen die dabei entstand, unterstützt die global gültige und kulturenübergreifende Botschaft des Songs und macht auf eines der grössten Dilemmas jeden einzelnen Menschen aufmerksam – der Diskrepanz zwischen Wunsch und Realität.
