Klezmer for the party! The Band from the movie "Wolkenbruch" is known for its insane virtuosity, fine songwriting and just the right feel for what gets the mood going. Having played stages at Moods im Schiffbau, Rote Fabrik, Openair St. Gallen, Montreux Jazz Festival or Zermatt Unplugged, Cheibe Balagan regularly tours to Japan and collaborates with musicians from the local Klezmer scene. The current album "Duschin Duschin Bum Bum Bum" takes the Klezmer adventure to another round and asks the essential questions of life: How should one greet mice in the kitchen? What do in-laws have in common with unicorn-hunters? And how many onions go into a pot of Gefilte FIsh?
