Lindsay Ferguson has a voice that can soar up to the heavens and swirl down to the depths of the sea. Honing her vocal skills since the age of two, Lindsay has been touring stages of the world sharing the intricate and eccentric melodies gifted to her through the dreamy realm where music lives. Lyrically, she finds her inspiration by listening intently to some of the greats; Joni Mitchell, Leonard Cohen and The Beatles, to name a few. She has recorded three full length records, and a handful of EP's, spanning the course of her lengthy career as a full time professional musician. Lindsay got her musical start when she moved to St. John's, Newfoundland in Canada. Buying her first guitar in her mid twenties (self taught) she was late in the game of making her music dream become a reality, yet she has garnered much attention and is critically acclaimed as a unique and powerful Songstress. It has been difficult to pigeonhole her sound, as the music she receives is from a mysterious place. Whimsical to be sure, with a mix of haunting meets obscure with touches of pop, folk and country. Lindsay creates from a place of Love and truth. Doing her best to connect with the listener, this is, all at once a pleasure and a challenge. Lindsay's voice and music has been compared to musical greats such as Adele, Lucinda Williams and Jason Mraz. She lives as a full time musician spending most of her creative moments between Bern, Switzerland and Wakefield, Quebec, Canada.
