Masala June - REFLECT. FEEL. SING.

Music arises from deep within Masala June, representing her lifeline. Whenever perceptions and sensations threaten to overwhelm and take up body and mind, music becomes the air and lets her breathe again, being able to experience the emotions.
The moon shines because it reflects the sun and Masala June’s music stands for the reflexion of her surroundings. Honest and in her own voice.
Jun (pronounced “June”) is the nepalese term for moon.
Music flows through her veins and has been of essential significance since her childhood. Growing up in between two utterly diverse cultures as the Swiss and Nepalese ones, life has always resembled a blend of spices. Like “Masala” in the indian and nepalese cuisine.
Masala Junes name was chosen in honour of her nepalese origin as well as expression of her personality.
Formerly known as “Eli June” she worked with friend and producer “Thedawn” releasing her first album on streaming services. In collaboration with further renowned producers such as Lexx, Wilczynski or Chief, she published a variety of tracks.
Masala June plays different instruments and is always working tirelessly on her “own” music. After an adaptation of her artist name she is looking forward to soon being dropping songs she produced herself.
