Michelle Ariane, is a Swiss / Minnesotan Singer-Songwriter based out of Los Angeles. She performs various genres from Blues and Jazz to Soul, Pop, and Rock. Her Songwriting is Pop and Soul based.
Michelle Ariane grew up in a musical family were singing was an important pillar. However it wasn't until the age of seven Michelle Ariane when she found her love for singing and performing when she sang her first solo in her class choir that she realized how much she loved performing. At 16 Michelle Ariane joined the professional classical choir at the academic high school Unterstrass in Zurich where she also studied classical / opera for four years. In 2013 she graduated a with a music degree in Zurich, Switzerland.
This meant a new beginning for Michelle Ariane, as she packed up her bags and crossed the ocean to Los Angeles, where she created her own Home base. October 2013 she began to study for an Associates Degree in Music at the LA College of Music (LACM) in Pasadena. There she studied under Tierney Sutton (six time Grammy nominee), Dorian Holley (Michael Jackson, Rod Steward, James Taylor, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno) and the Singer/ Broadway Performer Kacee Clanton (Beth Hart, Luis Miguel, Joe Cocker, Big Brother and the Holding Company, Musicals; One Night with Janis and Breaking Through). In March 2015 she graduated with honors from LACM.
In June 2017 Michelle Ariane released her first Solo Record filled with her own songs. They tell stories of an young life filled love, loss and life lessons. This is Michelle Arianes first step to leave her footprint in the world of music.
