Biography

Ocean Room, is a rock band from Solothurn, Switzerland, founded in 2015.
The first line up:
Jannik Freiburghaus/vocals
Cedric Moos/Guitars
Michael Marti/Hammond and Keyboards
Yves Horisberger/bass
Etienne Issartel/Drums

2018 the first released single -Starcounter-
became a steady "on air" spot at Radio Swiss Pop. In 2019 the first Album -Blast from the past- was released. The Band started working on another longplayer called -A flash in the pan-, released in 2020. In 2021 Guitarist and Songwriter Cedric Moos started working on the third Album -Strange Days Indeed- released in early 2022. On this album, heavily influenced by the mid 60's Beatles, Cedric Moos took over the vocals and keyboards. During Pandemic, reworking on unused recordings from former studio sessions began. Also in 2022, a psychedelic/pop EP „Out of stock" was released. On the next albums Matteo Valentino and Fabian Volkers played drums and e-bass as guest musicians. With "City Brew",(again Jannik Freiburghaus on lead vocals), and the fith album „Glass“ (again with Cedric Moos on vocals and keyboards) the first Ocean Room phase came to an end.


Later in september 2022 Ocean Room began to play live shows in a new line up:
