ARGYLE is a Scottish musician with Indian heritage. He left the UK at 18 with nothing but a guitar, and has been based in Switzerland for the past ten years — where he's since made a significant impact on the local music scene. He has released two EPs with Universal Music Switzerland, Waves (2022) and Playgrounds In Ruins (2025), written songs for artists including Stress, Remo Forrer, Linda Elys, Marius Baer and Dana, and played stages like Montreux Jazz Festival, Zermatt Unplugged and Gurtenfestival.
His gritty yet velvety voice carries songs with emotional substance and musical craft, and the kind of storytelling that allows comparisons to Hozier and Paolo Nutini. It's a sound with the sweep of a film score and the intimacy of a diary entry. His new single "Blinded By The Sun," from his upcoming EP, marks a new chapter — soaring indie-folk/pop production paired with his most honest songwriting to date.
