Influenced by artists such as Massive Attack, Archive, and Chelsea Wolfe, the project unfolds through its very first EP, « To Name The Absence », set for release in autumn 2026.
Diane Eggenberger, based in Lausanne and the force behind If Jon Was, crafts deeply introspective music carried by a deeply felt, intimate vocal presence. Between dark electronic textures and organic layers, her sound finds its balance in a space that is both direct and fragile. The EP explores a persistent tension between attachment and disappearance, a guiding thread throughout the project.
