The SRF sound design team nurtures and cultivates the sound of our radio stations, numerous podcasts, and video and TV elements, producing, finalising, or adapting IDs, jingles, droppers, separators, openers, beds, and closers.
To keep these soundscapes alive, we work closely with Swiss producers, composers and musicians, who regularly provide us with fresh acoustic material.
SRF Sound Design aims to lead the way in Switzerland in this regard and bring the various forms of acoustic identities from the studios to the public.
Producers can upload showreels with IDs, jingles, openers, beds, closers or DNA tracks to their mx3 profile and register using the ‘book my band’ function on the SRF Sound Design Lounge page.
The initiative allows SRF to discover new talent and perspectives, broadening the Swiss sound community and making it more visible and audible. It looks forward to strong ideas, bold sound design, fresh sounds and plenty of inspiration.
