The Enterpreneurs was born from a solid experience in the music market and from the idea of uniting two worlds, entertainment ( Entertainment ) and entrepreneurship ( Entrepreneurship ), hence the neologism: ENTERPRENEURS.
We operate as an independent record label from our headquarters in Lugano (Ticino – Switzerland) and our REC-TɅNGLE studio based in Rivera, aiming to create a musical ecosystem composed of the main players in the sector in order to produce and promote quality music.
We follow the artist on his journey from the initial stages (composition, arrangement and writing of the song) through all the musical and creative processes up to the local / global promotion strategy in an effective and sustainable way.
Through a selection process operated by our A&R together with our Internal Talent Pool , we evaluate the artist's #attitude, #talent and #ability and thanks to a quick feedback we look for the best musical solution outlining the final product, also taking care of the Mix & Master . Subsequently, the dedicated Design team will propose to the artist a graphic proposal to develop the marketing with which the release will be distributed and promoted according to the most profitable strategy.
