Sam Moser’s music is thought provoking, (r)evolutionary music. It is rooted in blues rock, nurtured by the best of contemporary pop, old school psychedelic and folk music. His song delivery and vocals are drawn from a well of raw emotion, pushing and pulling you between the edges of “in your face” rage and reflective sentiment.
The unconventional embellishments of orchestrated strings and the accents drawn from electronic and world music give Sam Moser’s music a distinct and signature style. His drive-time grooves keep your head bobbing and your feet tapping – immersing you in music that makes you think, question and connect.
Sam was already drawn to expressing himself through music as a young child. He loved experimenting with and learning to play different instruments. He later joined a variety of different bands, gaining in self-identification and skill. His song-writing and composing skills were brought to the forefront when he formed the popular grunge-rock band Deep Trip. Sam enjoyed a few successful years as the front man and guitarist for Deep Trip. But the live concerts and tours came to end when Sam’s desire for growth, both as an individual and as a musician, led him on an inward journey that lasted three years. Now, Sam Moser is back. He has returned with a powerful arsenal of unremitting, fresh music.
