Alice in Wasteland is a four-piece rock band from Zurich, Switzerland. The group originally formed in 2017 and started out as a trio, only to be eventually joined by bassist Paul Studer roughly one year later.
Since then, the band has gone from predominantly performing cover songs to writing and producing their own material, culminating in the release of their first single and self-titled EP in early 2021. Their raw and largely unpolished sound cuts across various genres and can be seen as a result of the widely differing influences that each band member brings to the table, whilst at the same time managing to stay true to the fundamentals of guitar-driven rock music.
Alice In Wasteland currently consists of:
Andrew Oakeshott (vocals/guitar), Nico Keiser (lead guitar), Paul Studer (bass) and Donovan Müller (drums)
