Born in the center of Geneva, Ankerboy wrote his first lyrics at the age of 12. There followed a break of a decade to create his artistic universe, in particular through painting. He never stopped writing, surrounded by his fellow rappers from the CLR. His first featurings on friend's tracks were in 2016, during the rise of the music platform, SoundCloud. But, he waited until 2022 to record his first album. Recorded and performed with his friend, rapper-producer, Yung Home, they released "Les Aventures d'Anker et Maison", as well as several singles. His jerky and intelligible phrasing is inspired by the old school, such as Joe Lucazz or Le Rat Luciano, while keeping modern rap vibes. In 2023, Ankerboy joined the Milfranc Suisse label for his management, recording and distribution of his latest album, "Extérieur nuit: Acte 1", entirely produced by ConanLeGrosBarbare.
