Biography

aπroβλεπtos is an atypical duo composed of visual artist Bianca Maria Guala, and producer Guy Barbin. Their project is to take you on an introvert trip by creating oneiric universes where music and image tell you the same story from a different point of view.
Coming from a classical background and after several years playing on progressive/psychedelic rock bands, the young pianist starts to produce by himself and explores unpredictable musical universes. Alternating between ambiant sounds, sampled voices, live recorded keyboards and electronic drums, his goal is to surprise you and make you heart jump in your chest as the plot twist comes.
On the visual side, Bianca Maria Guala is part of the CERES collective, which inquires into the relation between the the nature and our modern way of live. Distortion of natural images she captures is a prevalent part of her work, as a way to to describe the losses our society experiences through modenisation.
