Bobby Breaux has migrated from Texas, in the United States of America, to the canton of Zurich. He started playing music when he was 10 years old, with a Gibson Les Paul Deluxe and Big Muff fuzz pedal. His brother, Michael, played drums. He was 8 years old. Both of them went on to play in Ecstasy, their own heavy metal band, in their late teens. And then the Black and White, an alternative rock band in Texas in the early 90s. Their band, The Black and White, won a battle of the bands, got regional radio play, played gigs every weekend, usually for crowds of hundreds of people, through the same region. They were featured in radio interviews, TV appearances and in the news.
Now, Bobby and Michael are recording again. This is mostly what will be featured on the MX3 website, along with other recordings with session musicians from Nashville and Austin, mostly, and engineers, producers and mastering engineers from London, Los Angeles and Prague. Some of the songs are published by Eddie Caldwell, who works with many famous soul and R&B artists.
Bobby loves surfing, snowboarding, mountain biking, riding dirt bikes, skateboarding, jogging and swimming. He and his wife, Cinzia have travelled all over the world for the last 10 years. They spend time in the summer in Sicily and Rome.
