BURNOUT maintains a wide-ranging country repertoire from traditional, new country, country rock, country swing, Tex-Mex, flanked by oldies and rock'n roll songs. Groovy music to hear, see, feel and (line) -dance.
The BURNOUT Country Band was founded in 1995 in Fricktal and is now in its fourth generation. Most of the band members have their roots in the Swiss country scene, where they gained their experience in various bands and projects, which has been incorporated into the current formation. The typical BURNOUT sound was created through these diverse influences.
In the 90s, BURNOUT regularly organized the well-known Country Night in Wölflinswil / Fricktal.
Highlight 2008: European Football Championship "EURO 2008", BURNOUT played in one of the largest fan camps as part of the EURO Country Meeting.
Unfortunately the band split up after 24 years at the end of 2019.
