Twelve years. Not ten. Ten would almost have been a bit cheesy. And yet: a lot has happened over the last twelve years. University, careers, becoming a father, growing up – at least to some extent. We never lost sight of our friendship, and the music was never far away. Both have lived on. Often quietly, but sometimes quite loudly in the background. There’s certainly no shortage of inspiration in this world, and so, in the autumn of 2025, Jorche and Soube began composing songs and writing lyrics together again for the first time. With plenty of joy, a bit more life experience, a few more grey hairs and probably a bit less sleep than before.
Together with the vocal power of Swiss singer-songwriter Michael Hasenfratz, ‘CFAS’ is now back in action, and following the advance release ‘Pscht!’, their first joint EP in twelve years is set to be released in spring 2027 – a bouquet of multi-layered, positive and danceable rap music.
