We started as a psychedelic rock band, but then we don't know what the **** happened. High energy, heavy breakdowns, dreamy leads, good ol' guitar solos, and a very present frontman. We're based in Gland, and come from Canada, Sweden and Geneva.
Active since 2017. Two Canadians, two Swedes and a Swiss. Classic rock riffs with metal weight and a psychedelic funk twist.
A Chango Monks show is an explosion of energy and laughter — dynamic rhythms that compel you to dance, jump, and maybe join in a pogo, lyrics that blend humour with melody, and a stage presence that's all about good vibes.
Four releases on our own label, Chango Temple: Tribal Ruins (2020), Live in Lovatens (2021), Rise of the Temple (2023) and Hang On (2025). All written, tracked and mixed at the Chango Temple Studio in Gland.
