I’m Claudy, a pop alternative artist and songwriter originally from Geneva, Switzerland, with Turkish origins, now based in London. My music blends relatable themes of growth, change, and the ups and downs of life with catchy alternative pop melodies. Since launching my career, I’ve gained early recognition through a collaboration with Spinnin’ Records on “Don’t Wait”, which has accumulated nearly 2 million streams. Since then, I've steadily built momentum as an independent artist. Over the last couple of years, I’ve worked with various producers, songwriters, and musicians who have helped shape my sound and incorporate my multicultural background into my artistry. I’ve had the honour of being broadcast on UK radio station BBC 1Xtra through BBC Introducing, as well as on Swiss national radio stations like Radio Virus SRF and RTS La Première, where I was invited to discuss my music and process on their live show in 2022. My songs have also secured editorial support on Spotify playlists such as ‘New Music Friday Switzerland’, and my latest single, “Anxiety”, earned me a feature in the coveted Wonderland magazine’s ‘New Noise’ section, further establishing myself as an artist to watch. After spending most of 2024 in the studio writing and recording new material about my journey through my 20s & young adulthood, I’m eager to share my latest work with the world and excited to return to the stage. I believe my journey’s only getting started and cannot wait to reveal what’s in store.
