Handpicked by Louis Tomlinson to open for him in front of 5,000 fans at his Zurich Open Air city show, rising pop-rock artist Cristina Hart has since released two new singles that are cementing her presence on the scene.
With her incisive lyrics, punchy melodies, and powerful voice, Cristina Hart’s signature angsty pop/rock sound is inspired by the likes of Conan Gray, Olivia Rodrigo, Miley Cyrus and Joan Jett.
Now, Cristina is gearing up to release her anthemic new EP ‘’Everything I Never Wanted’’, funded by Help Musicians. Its lead single ‘Thank You For Leaving’ was played on Radio 1's Future Pop show three weeks in a row, BBC Intro Track of The Week and featured on Spotify’s SALT, Pop Brandneu and New Pop UK - marking the start of a confident new era. This led to her first UK/EU tour support opening for Brooke Alexx and playing iconic venues such as Supersonic Club in Paris.
She has since released a follow-up single, 'Little Crimes', which has kept her fanbase engaged and led to talks with bookers in Switzerland ahead of the 2026 festival season. She was also offered a slot SXSW Austin that she had to turn down due to costs as she is a fully independent DIY artist.
Her plans for 2026 include releasing her upcoming EP 'Everything I Never Wanted' single by single, eventually leading to her first UK/EU headline tour in fall 2026.
Being a recent recipient of the PRS Open Fund (December 2025), she will also be able to record a high quality 5-track live session of her upcoming EP to use for bookings and social media, as well as record new music in the new year.
With more live dates in the pipeline and a 5-single release plan stretching into next year, Cristina is set to make 2026 her breakout year and is excited to start building her presence in her homeland.
