Biography

The Danny Jazz Quartet is the the jazz combo around the saxophonist Daniel Gaggioli, who composes the music for the band. A unique jazz style developed from these compositions and found its way into the ears of a wide audience.
Fresh, catchy melodies are arranged in sophisticated subtlety. The Danny Jazz Quartet impresses with its rich musical versatility. The complex arrangements are designed by the experienced musicians in a playful and genial way.
The cast includes Daniel Gaggioli on saxophone, guitarist Michael Ferber, bassist Meinrad Thalmann and drummer Nicolas Baechler.

The four are happy to enrich their performances with guest soloists. Since February 2017 they are working with Mandana Grossenbacher. The singer convinces with her expressive and touching voice.
