Diggin’ is an indie-soul band formed in Lausanne in 2020 from the project of Dany Cerone. Influenced by artists such as Nick Hakim, Skinshape and Yellow Days, the band has developed a lo-fi psychedelic signature that has quickly won over the Swiss music scene.
After releasing several EPs and a critically acclaimed debut album, 2025 marks a turning point for the band. With the arrival of Julien Portenguen on vocals, Diggin’ enters a new creative phase and expands into a six-piece lineup, distinguished by rich and expressive vocal harmonies.
Selected as a RTS Radar Artist 2025, programmed for two consecutive years at the Montreux Jazz Festival, and reaching over 100k streams with the track “City Knight”, Diggin’ is currently working on its second album and a 2026 tour, unveiling new songs through a completely reimagined live show.
“Diggin’ embodies the new generation of Swiss indie-soul: creative, bold, and ready to leave a lasting mark on the music scene.”
