Since 1960 I was soloist and sideman by more as hundred Stars, & bands.
In 1973 I've grounded "Samantha and the Top Men" an international pop band.
In 1975 I bumped into five Africans on the quayside in Lugano. I recognised them as musicians from their demeanour and appearance. I wasn’t mistaken; we introduced ourselves and had a coffee at the "Buffet de la Gare" to have a chat. The next day we played together at a club in Roveredo. "COHANA AFRO FUNK" was born !
In years 76' we were PIONEERS of AFROFUNK in West Africa. Hit #1 : "Cry in the Jungle" and "Brothers & Sisters".
