FERB is a young artist who lives for music. Ever since he can remember, he feels nowhere more at home than in the world of music.
After drumming enthusiastically on upside-down kitchen pots at the age of two, he attended drum lessons at the age of 6, which he still attends regularly today. After a few years, however, he realized that he was missing the melodies on the drums - this realization soon opened up a whole new world for him. His drum teacher introduced him to the Logic Pro program in 2016 and since then, producing gave him a whole new way of making music. Now FERB was finally able to capture his melodies somewhere, and so years of practice and countless notes eventually resulted in his first songs - but only instrumentally. At the same time he befriended a likewise emerging artist Yevad Ki$, who at that time had already released individual projects in the form of rap. Soon FERB was producing beats for Yevad Ki$ on a regular basis, and soon a well-rehearsed team was formed. After some time the interest of FERB to use his voice also became big and so the first common song of Yevad Ki$ and FERB called "Dini Auge" was created. The two young artists immediately realized that this collaboration has a lot of potential and soon formed the duo "Detivni" and since then they mainly made music together - the music genre in which they feel comfortable together is dialect trap/hip hop/rap.
But FERB has other interests as well. His interest in the music world is huge and he wants to try and discover. That's why he decided to write a solo album that gives way to dialect rap.
This album called "LIFE IS ART" (release: April 1, 2022) shows FERB's quiet, nostalgic and also melancholic side, as the depth and thoughtfulness is also very important to him.
Thus FERB finds a wonderful balance of both sides and can unfold in his complete form.
FERB is always hungry for new things and wants to shape the Swiss music scene with his music.
The most important thing for him, however, is to be able to continue to live out his life in the world of music, in a world without borders.
