FLEEB is an electronic pop music duo formed in Basel, Switzerland. Their music is based on the idea of working out the maximum possibilities of playing produced sounding music live on stage. The duo consists of singer and electronic artist Anna Hirsch and drummer and producer Dominik Fürstberger. Not only are both of them creating self-evolving soundscapes by shaping the acoustic signals of voice and drums with the addition of live electronics. In addition, both of them play synthesizers and so are creating an energetic and full sounding live set on the edge of human and technical potential.
Together with the presentation of the video 'Kamikaze' they release their first album 'Drip Baby' on the Basel based label 'Hout Records'.
During a residency in a small village in the mountains we formed a first draft of our next album "Moon", wrote songs and lyrics, tried out new instrumentations and sounds and let ourselves be inspired by nature. After all the sticking to screens and the lacking of experienced sensations, we longed for our real instruments and earthy music. Our music became more intimate, interpersonal relationships and our environment play an increasingly important role.
In the end it became music with lovely melodies, beats for dancing in the streets, slow dancing with your loved ones and dreaming at nighttime.
