I started mixing in the age of 16 years (1983), with 18 i mixed the first time at a club, at this time we played disco-, soul & blackmusic - stuff.
My first house single was a dance mania records (DM002) prod. by marshall jefferson (mixed by lil louis) 7 ways from 1986 !
1989 i played in mainz and wiesbaden at acid underground partys, and started to use my atari for making music...
in 1993 with my DJ-fee i opened my own record store called boom records in ulm. next to the record store once per month i was organising raves by the name arts x-perience. these raves had a capacity of + / - 1300 visitors. i had the possibility to playing in some of the most popular clubs of germany like:
nexus 6, oz, cave club, klangmiene, tempel, matrix, sound factory, Q, tunnel, alte giesserei,...
one year later, in 1994 i began to organize bigger parties, with a capacity of 5000 visitors. the first rave took place in ulm and the dj line up was legendary and famous:
dj dick, hardsequenzer, marc oh live & dj, perplexer, ravers nature live, RMB live, gizzmo, darkraver, for regional club i also was doing the bookings, clubs like: cave club, e.d. elephant, x-treme, klangmiene, gate club,...
my first single was produced in 1995 with dj tandu - ALYA - (stoy joy)
on unsubmassiv rec. &
mad dog rec. (intercord).
I was booked by different international clubs.
the organization of the mega rave event at the schleyerhalle in stuttgart arranged my doing the booking, with pleasure I took on this job.
i booked international celebrities like: the prodigy, PCP live, acid junkies live, earth nation live, miss diax, mario de bellis, noise, energy, cores, commander tom,
on the end of 1995 I was doing a 6 weeks release tour at diverent places in johannesburg and captown with friends miss djax and mike milk. i also did some of the booking for the carfax experience in captown and johannesburg: RMB live, miss djax, hich-hiker live & dj
2 years later, i was moving to switzerland and in the unit
club in biel. the unit club and the owners werent really experienced. with bookings like: thomas krome, claude young, chris liebing, andrew richley, thomas schumacher, monika kruse and miss yetti...the club get more successful.
...in case of troubles, i unfortunately, stopped working with the owners of the unit club and started a new project with new friends: the alte markthalle bern.
1998 - i dryed the same concept at the markthalle in bern and with our first attack marco carola & dj rush!!
after this the monokultur-club was born. we booked the best acts the international technoworld, like : ben sims, tobi izui & dj wada (japan), james ruskin, surgeon and regis live and the first time in switzerland:
geatano parisio, justin berkovi live, umek, rush live, andrew richley & ryan rivera live,...
In summer 2000 we closed the alte markthalle and we stopped monokultur-partys
2005 the big comeback for monokultur @ fatality club in biel. back to the roots with:
neil landstrumm & bill youngman live, the timewriter, thomas schumacher, pounding grooves, the space djz,...
