Ipnago are the brothers Riccardo and Federico, born and raised on the shores of Lake Maggiore. Since they were kids, they’ve been writing songs together, quickly becoming disliked by their neighbors. Over time, Federico (guitar and vocals) specializes in sound technique and production, while Riccardo (piano, drums, vocals) focuses on harmony and arrangement. One would add distortion even to the bassoon, while the other would remake Nevermind with jazz standards. After many years of growth and songs forgotten on demagnetized hard drives, in 2024 they produce their first true album, 'Ommeid,' which refers to an introspective and refined indie rock style.
