Kidmoon is the solo project of Swiss multi-instrumentalist and drummer Carlo Moreni, blending raw emotion with cinematic soundscapes. With a background in jazz and contemporary drumming, Kidmoon creates music that drifts between fragile intimacy and explosive intensity – a sound that feels both personal and universal.
Built on contrasts, Kidmoon is heavy yet vulnerable, luminous yet shadowed. The songs capture the pulse of sleepless nights, the weight of longing, and the quiet resilience of starting again. Drawing from post-metal, ambient, and alternative influences, the project expands beyond traditional boundaries: sometimes intimate and acoustic, sometimes layered and massive.
