Formed in 2007 in Zurich Switzerland, the four-piece are a genre-splitting explosion of rock and raw emotions. Drawing inspiration from everything from NWBHM through gothic-punk to modern day pop-rock, the band carve out songs that are sophisticated, sonically engaging and that bore into your happy place and make themselves at home.
On 2010's "No Time Like Now" LCTSG found their sound, with songs ranging from all out rock to emotional ballads. 2013's EP "The Promise" took that sound one step further and saw the band really honing their live shows. The EP also broke the band outside of Swiss borders with a short tour of the UK and a 8-date Spanish tour with then-UK Rockers "Tainted Nation" which confirmed they really are at their best in front of a sea of dancing limbs. After a few years of blood, sweat, some tears, a few lineup changes, and a little pandemic, 2023 finally brought the long awaited full-length album "Darkest Hour" to the virtual shelves. The release included all three singles, "Not Your Enemy", "Buried Behind Walls" and "Lies" and showcased a maturing pop-punk sound whilst still unmistakably LCTSG.
In 2025 LCTSG took to the studio once more resulting in the release of Moments in September 2026 comprising the first 3 singles and new track "Hold on for clearer days". The EP deals with topics such as addiction (This Dark Night, From The Edge), gaslighting (Pattern of Control) and the most recent "Hold on for Clearer Days", about dealing with the loss of someone, and how important it is to honour their memory whilst rebuilding your life and reconnecting. Moments is also a celebration of the time with Juli on drums and everything that was achieved, including two summer festivals in Switzerland in 2025. LCTSG are now back in writing mode with new drummer Rouven and are looking forward to getting back in the studio.
