A new project, a debut – Leonard Mavi is a reflection of his journey over the past two years, during which he recorded songs about connecting with oneself and the people around. His music is a quiet dialogue with himself, carried by warm piano tones – moving between intimacy and connection, between fragility and clarity. While subtle echoes of artists such as Maro, Bon Iver, James Blake, Rhye, and Blake Mills shape the sonic landscape of his songs.
Together with producer Alon Ben, four songs were created – stripped-down and intimate. Despite their depth, his music retains a sense of lightness, floating and dreaming between reflection and hope.
His debut EP will be released on the 10th of October 2025, under Mouthwatering Records.
