LEVEL 19 is a Swiss rock band founded in 2019 by Christian (drums) and Jimmy (bass). They are dedicated to crafting rock music with a passion for strong guitar riffs, driving drum beats and bass lines, and catchy melodies.
The two experienced musicians quickly composed numerous rock songs. After the lockdown, Micha joined the band as the lead singer. In their search for two guitarists, Mark (lead) and Jean-Claude 'JC' (rhythm) joined LEVEL 19.
Jimmy left the band in September 2024 for personal reasons, but by a lucky coincidence, they were able to quickly find a new bassist in Jvana, who perfectly complements Micha as a backing vocalist.
All five musicians have been making music since their youth. Although they come from different genres, their passion for rock music is the same. Christian spent 25 years with the D.D.Dogz and played drums in other bands.
Mark has played with Leroy, the Steve Whiney Band, Rizon, and Liquid Bones, to name just a few. He is also frequently hired as a guest musician.
Jvana and JC share a background in woodwind and guitar, having toured for years with their respective bands.
Later, they were active in rock music with Highwell (Jvana) as well as Shades of Blues and Mainstreet 57 (Jean-Claude).
Micha is a classically trained tenor with roots in rock music, and together they can boast extensive stage experience with concerts both at home and abroad.
An exciting mix is in store, and they are sure to win over the audience with their live show.
