At an early age already, LoDrop (Alain Stoll) learned to play the piano, but wasn’t quite happy with that. Then he bought a guitar, took lessons and soon realized what he was after. It wasn’t the playing of the instrument, but the song writing.
With this in mind he went to Los Angeles, the city of angels, where he successfully completed the audio engineering program. Ever since he’s producing music in all kind of genres, but mainly for him or his bands.
The first released work he did, was Sneaky Saints’ album “Losing Your Mind”, where he is the singer and producer also. With the name Tempting Tone he’s continuously releasing tracks that fall into the pop/alternative genre, and combined with another musician, he creates rock sound under the name of State of Remorse.
But he is much more than just a producer. LoDrop is also a mixing and recording engineer, and an artist himself. His own compositions use elements from the genres rock and pop.
A couple of hip hop and house singles have been released. At this moment, he's working on his debut album, which will be completely focused on urban beats with memorable hooks and pop melodies. The release date is still unclear, but it will probably be this fall.
