A band of friends who love decibels and feedback, gathered in a cellar to do what they do best: play loud.
The band was born in Freiburg, at the beginning of January 2019. A few days after forming the band, LØRE recorded a first 5-track, released in February 2019 named "Three Flowers And a Bike On a Balcony", which set the tone of what the band was going to be: fast and noisy rock. Very adept at DIY, this first record is entirely self-produced.
After a few dates to make the guitars twirl (Rock Altitude, Bikini Test, Case à Choc, Nouveau Monde, Kopek Festival), LØRE records a second EP of 7 tracks called "Nailfish". It asserts on 26 minutes the nervous style of the group, between garage punk and noise rock. "Nailfish" symbolizes the urgency of the world, the knowledge of the coming collapse, but the lightness with which we approach our end. Furious and cynical, from snarling riffs to pop melodies, "Nailfish" is a sonic dystopia, as if our demise was a good omen.
