Lorraine is a Swiss/German pop duo consisting of Eliane Oesch (vocals) and Hajo Cirksena (bass/instrumentals). They are currently based in Hamburg.
In their music warm nostalgic vocals meet pop with attention for details – wrapped up in bright & filigree to heavy & gloomy soundclouds. The poetical lyrics tell stories about the art and needlessness of making plans, imprudence and melancholy, the underestimated meaning of favourite sweaters and missing someone endlessly.
2016 Lorraine have played a few first live shows. In early 2017, Lorraine release their first demo EP. After that they will be touring through Germany and Switzerland with their band.
