- Born on 9 May, 1961 in Paris - France - in a family of musicians originating from Venice (Italy).
- 1966, passionated by Stravinsky, Bach, Beethoven, Bartòk, Prokofiev, Count Basie, Ravi Shankar, Thelonious Monk, Blood Sweat & Tears, Miles Davis & John Coltrane, Jimmy Hendrix, Carlos Jobim, Marc enters the academy (conservatory) of classical music studying piano and musical theory, then percussions.
- 1969, starts to be passionated by composing
- 1973, buys his first synth, first analog multitrack and first mixing console
- 1974, studies the drums in self-educated way, with the albums of Jazz Messengers, Count Basie, Chick Corea, Earth Wind & Fire, Stevie Wonder, Weather-Report, Herbie Hancock.
- 1976, first concert tour in Danemark, with the group Mixed-Blood.
- 1977, first recording sessions as a studio drummer
- 1979, starts a big-band with Michel Petrucciani
- 1980, first concert tour in Japan with the Raymond Lefèvre Orchestra (40 musicians), and the Paul Mauriat Orchestra (45 musicians).
- 1980, buys his first computer (Commodore)
- 1981, specializes as a studio drummer with most important French artists, and concentrates himself in a deep study of the music of I.Stravinsky & B.Bartòk wich he will study until 1997.
- 14 concert tours in Japan with live recordings with a lot of artists
- 1982 until 1993, studies symphonic orchestration, music for ballet, produces a lot of albums.
- 1993, birth of his son Robin.
- 1995, composers competition of Besançon (France).
