Martin Pescatore is a musician, songwriter, producer and photographer. His music moves freely between indie pop, progressive rock, classical drama and electronic energy.
Music has accompanied him since the age of nine. He was shaped by Carl Maria von Weber’s Der Freischütz, bands such as Saga, ELO and Yes, the rebellious force of Jimi Hendrix and the energy of the Zurich Street Parade.
His roots are in Italy, Switzerland is his home base, and Bangkok became a turning point in his life. After almost twenty years of musical silence, he found his way back to music there. He played street music to raise money for children in need, connected closely with the people, and wrote Come a Little Bit Closer, the first song of his second musical journey.
Today, his songs are created at Merkury Road Studio. Martin Pescatore does not follow a fixed genre. He follows each idea until it finds its own form.
Rooted in Italy. Transformed in Bangkok. Based in Switzerland. Still becoming.
