Maximizerz from Bern produces electronic dance music, adding soulful vocals, live performed violin, Balkan oriented trombone and sax lines to a mix of deep house and minimal. Maximizerz convinced the jury of the composer competition "Swiss Track" organized by the Fondation Suisa and the Street Parade and received the award for the most innovative track 2013 with the song "Kissing in Paradise". Its members Merlin Cornu, Matthias Inderbitzin Nina Kern and Janos Heidekker also demonstrated during the subsequent live performance at the Streetparade in 2013 that their mix of electronic to acoustic music not only convinces the audience but can also make them go positively wild.
