The artist Mina, originally from Switzerland, moved to London after completing her high school diploma to pursue a music career in one of the world's biggest music capitals. She quickly became part of the local live music scene and began performing regularly at venues like the renowned Proud Camden, Bush Hall, and many others. While her background lies in jazz and classical singing, since the pandemic, she has fully dedicated herself to creating her own music. With her main genres being soul, jazz, and RnB, she found great mentors in jazz musician Nathan Britton (Ego Ella May) and BBC Radio Introducing-celebrated music producer/artist Brando Walker (Pixie Lott, Jelani Blackman) at the Soho.Live Studios in London. In recent years, the trio has been working on developing Mina's sound and writing countless songs—'Don't Hold On' was the first release in a series of planned singles in 2023. The new single 'Broken Boy' (Brando Walker Remix) will be available on all platforms starting October 18th.
