When she was six years old, Mody and the birds had a dream where she was a beautiful magpie and was able to fly through different eras. Now, she always carry a feather in her pocket and compose her own music to travel in time. She is not writing songs, she is writing stories, building complete atmosphere and scenarios for all of her works.
She’s inspired by nature, the smell of moss, Alexander McQueen, Hayao Miyazaki’s movies, the Appalachian mountains and cyberpunk futuristic aesthetic.
She wants to blend modern with ancient, melancholy with euphoria, kindness with violence, to create a unique sound that is as paradoxical as the human mind.
