Biography

Mollusca knows how to write a good song: The five musicians color in their foundation of catchy Pop-Hits with punchy, rock-infused instrumentals. Live, the Swiss newcomer band delivers an energetic and danceable performance that also does not disappoint on an emotional front. In Mollusca's lyrics, Singer and Songwriter Rahel Müller invites us into the center of her personal life, sharing her feelings on her own fears, failures, friend- and relationships.
Since their Debut-Release in 2021 the band has been touring through Switzerland, whether in their hometown at the Bluesfestival Baden or at the Live International in Lucerne. Two more Single Releases, as well as a change in formation followed. All throughout they stayed true to their hometown Baden: The city included the newcomer Band in their tourism campaign in collaboration with myswitzerland. Furthermore, Baden sets the scene for the biggest highlight of Mollusca's young career. At Badenfahrt, one of the biggest events in Switzerland the band will play one of three main stages on Saturday evening. With a brand new polished Live-Set Mollusca wants to establish themselves as a band that belongs on the big stage.
