motherboard tongue is a music duo from Bern and Berlin. It consists of Gregor Büker-Liebisch and Saladin Dellers.
Together they create slow dark electronic music.
Their feelings and the philosophy of serendipity leads them to simple but twisted lyrics, electronic sounds and emotional melodies.
It all began on a trip to Sweden in summer 2020. Saladin showed his music tracks, which he produced with stolen beats downloaded from the internet, recorded with his smartphone and put together on a video editing software.
To Saladins astonishment Gregor very much liked the tracks, the lyrics, the energy and the mood. But not so much the stolen beats.
So they planned to produce new music together.
