My Tin Apple: the tin rocking band looks through the mirror
Mirror is the second single from the album A strange Carousel.
The Italian band from Siena but with an international appeal, releases its second single after the triumphant Giants.
Its videoclip has all been set in a warehouse, where the director Pietro Gualandi built a huge cube fully made of mirrors. The band has to handle with a doublefaced witch carrying both a good and an evil side, in order to follow the meaning of the song itself.
In fact, mirror talks about a traveller thrown in the clouds by this mad carousel, when he encounters this witch living in a mirror. He falls in her trap and finds himself locked up behind the mirror. Lucky him, the traveller makes himself invisible and manages to escape during the night, when there's no reflection.
The five tin rock guys are Francesco Vannini at the drums, Massimiliano Ciani and Luca Cecchi at the guitars, Marco Bruni at the bass and the singer Gianluca Gabriele.
They just finished a tour all over the world (UK, Germany, Canada, Belgium, Ireland) and this fall they will be hosted in radios and tv shows for a promotional tour in East European countries.
A Strange Carousel is My Tin Apple's second album after The Crow's lullaby, both problichs by Fuel Records/Self label and produced by Marco Elfo Buongiovanni
