Nathan Solo is a club-oriented Live Performer, Digital Jockey and Brutalist Visual Designer.
Not Han Solo, yet he also travels the world alone just with a furry companion. Only with two exceptions that it is a cat and it stay home all the time.
Born on planet Prague now traveling the Europe galaxy with his home base on the planet Lausanne, he bring his spaceship on demand to various edges of the unirave. His sound is dark as the deepest parts of the space, gritty and dusty as rings of Saturn. Can be hard as unbrushed diamonds yet if the position of the sun demands it, it can be calm and soft as the Milky Way.
Blend of classic Techno (influenced by Berlin system) with flavours of real Neptunian Electro. Sometimes also experimenting with sounds that are available on the alien markets of labels as Raster Noton, Semantica or even the old human race forgotten Russian Torrent Records for its Slavic LoFi flavour.
Outside the music space, he often provides visuals for music collectives and galleries. The career of a graphic designer was the key reason for him to move to Lausanne in 2017. Nathan currently lives and works there and co-founded Swiss based label Pulserecords.ch that aside of releasing music digitally and on cassette tapes also experiments with other mediums such as printed zines and streetwear.
