Otis Zola is a soul band with a warm, stripped-down, and direct sound, where guitar, bass, organ, subtle synths, and layered vocals carry each song with intensity and feeling. Founded in 2022 by Pablo Jucker, their music moves effortlessly between raw power and delicate intimacy, always heartfelt and evocative. Since the debut album Leavin’ Birds (2022) and the EP Soulbird (2024), Otis Zola has developed a distinctive soul sound. In 2025, the singles All I Can Do and Please Don’t Let Me Worry were released alongside two live performance videos. In 2026, the acoustic solo album Monologues follows, featuring voice and guitar, with songs that blend personal impressions with keenly observed social themes. Highlights include performances at the Montreux Jazz Festival and the Winterthurer Musikfestwochen.
