Kamil Osmanov, a renowned composer and producer, has gained recognition through collaborations with artists such as Dinos, Damso, Lacrim and Maes, earning multiple diamond, gold and platinum certifications. Alongside him, Kross-Kriss Yassa Tena, a producer and cultural entrepreneur active for over ten years, brings extensive experience in artist management, festival creation and artistic direction.
Through this complementary leadership, Association QUARTZ develops a structured environment where artistic excellence meets innovation. The association’s mission is to support emerging talents, encourage collaboration and create unifying projects that enhance the local and international visibility of Swiss music.
