Biography

Revolting Puppets was founded in 2014 in Bern/Switzerland and evolved over the years from a band into a cyberpunk art project.

In 2017 they released a first digital EP "Live from the Underground" — in 2018 their first studio production "Escape from Home" including a short film videoclip, providing a deeper insight into the Revolting Puppets universe. It was nominated for the "Bewegungsmelder Video Music Award". Further concerts in Switzerland followed and in February 2020 a tour through England and Germany with gigs in London and Limburg. During the Corona pandemic, the single "Save the Economy" was produced in a lockdown-home-recording-session and released digitally along with a videoclip.
In March 2023, they published "Private School", a 20-page comicbook short story. Most recently, in September 2023, Revolting Puppets released an animated videoclip "Boring," which premiered in a live performance at the Fantoche International Festival of Animation in Baden.
