Rhythm Plant is a representation of the cultural melting pot of Switzerland and brings a breath of fresh air to the musical landscape. Funk and urban jazz merge with seemingly contradictory styles and rhythms to form a danceable whole.
The four passionate musicians, whose roots are spread all over the funky globe, have learned their trade on stage and are on tour with various other formations (among others with Emashie, Error 404, Molotow Brass Orkestar, Afu Ra, Traktorkestar, Mirakolo, Christoph Walter Orchestra, Big Band Olten, Priya Ragu and many more). You can look forward to virtuoso passages and a unique mix of styles.
The band released their first EP 'Rhythm Plant' in 2018 and played their way directly into the hearts of the CH Funk community.
