Hailing from Zurich & Basel, Switzerland, Ricochet Rabbit was founded in 2013 by 4 musicians with diverse backgrounds in Rock, Funk/Soul, Jazz and Drum n' Bass. Their debut album "I've Been Here Before" (2016) is the product of the desire to combine their teenage love for alternative rock with darker post-rock synthesizer-fueled soundscapes.
Dynamic drumming and subtle role-changes between guitar, synthesizer and bass create an ever-changing sonic ambience. Combined with a melodic, clear vocal style, the album retains a pop-like appeal while lyrically exploring the different aspects of the afterlove.
